RACING DEPARTMENT

The Pro Ride Perfomance Center is one of the most complete in Italy when we talk about tuning and racing sectors. A structure that was born to manage both racing and commercial activities, offering the best from the racing world not only to the team development itself and but also making it available to our privateers.

Each part of the bike is assembled in different thematic rooms, equipped with what is better nowadays in terms of motorcycling technology. Those rooms are the “bike lab”,the “suspension lab”, the “engine lab”, the “telemetry lab”, the “dyno room” and the “machinery lab”. All of them kept under strict patters of organization, cleanliness and precision. All under the management of the Eng. Marco Nicotari, who transformed years of international experience in a work system where creativity co-exists with accuracy.

SPECIALIZED CENTER FOR ENGINE TUNING

- Engine tuning for road racing and supermotard for all levels of competition.
- Last generation devices to develop the engines for all the supersport and motard bikes in the market.

MACHINERY LAB

This laboratory is equipped with all necessary to adapt and prototype. It ,contains lathe bench, milling machine, griding machine, bandsaw, sand blaster, marble work surface with instruments for precise gauging; 10 ton press, air compressor and compressed air line.

DYNO ROOM

SuperFlow Power Bench, custom-made to answer the specific needs for each project developed at the Performance Center. The Power Bench is a conditioned and isolated environment to protect it from any external element that may damage an accurate bike evaluation. On the bench the bike is tested at its highest level of performance, in order to verify not only its power but also its correct functioning. All this guaranteed by the assistance of specific fans, sensors and computer programs. The Power Bench is also at the service of our privateers and customers like other teams and companies interested in testing its bikes.
